Best answer:
Answer by mommy of 3 yes.. christian… but definitely not perfect. I am sorry… what else can I say… I am sorry for what I said… I am wishing you the best. I know it’s going to be hard for you… I saw it with my sister…
she was 16 and had a baby it was hard… and instead of remembering that there is a human on the other side of these postings… sometimes it’s easy to spew all of the negative things to keep others out of this situation…
But i am sorry.. .Truly … I am sorry.

Question by glitterkittyy: Is Doggy Day Care a good option for working “moms”?
I just adopted a La-Chon (half bichon frise and have lhasa apso), and I am considering doggy day care while I’m at work instead of caging her. Is it a good idea? This is my first dog in 15 years and my first puppy in 27 years! I have kind of forgotten what to do!
Here she is: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v204/glitterkittyy/Deliliah.jpg
Her name is Delilah, and she’s nearly 3 months old.
Thanks for your help!
Ginbail,
Thanks for reminding me. My work has a doggy dare care and a child day care. I would get to stop by on my lunch and breaks. I also get a discount!! )
mcghankathy,
Thank you for all your advice! My SIL has a dorkie (part dachsund/yorkie), and she has volunteered to watch Delilah 2-3 days/week. The dogs act like best friends already!!
Thanks goldengal. They gave me all her shot records. She is still due one more parvo so I won’t put her in day care until she has that last one. )

Answer by ginbail It’s a good idea if you can afford it. Just check out the place and get references before you make any commitment.
Also, keep in mind that it’s possible that your dog could bond more with people at daycare than to you.
Added: You’re very lucky to have those daycares at your work. I wish I could take my dogs to work with me sometimes.

Question by emily22: Any good Nursing Scholarships? Or Single mom?
I just recently got accepted into the nursing program at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good nursing scholarships or scholarships for single moms? I did an internet search for them and of course a million come up but I want some legit websites, not a bunch of spam sites that will clog up my inbox.
Please let me know of any that seemed to work for you
Best answer:
Answer by angela s There are nursing scholarships. Here in Florida my brother-in-law is getting everything paid for. He just had to agree to work at the small hospital down the road for at least 2 years after graduating.
Check out the links below. You should be able to find a grant/scholarship or at least be directed to some.
Also, I am assuming that you are a mom and probably did not just graduate, so you may qualify for some non-traditional student scholarships too. And, if you meet financial requirements, you may get some government grant money also.

In these current tough economic times, many prospective college students have to consider whether want they a high salary or a fulfilling profession. Unfortunately, the prospect of a future paying off a small mountain of debt in the form of college loans has many students focusing more on the prospect of financial gain. This doesn’t mean there aren’t ways around this. With a little planning and initiative, a student can graduate to become a boon to society and not be paying off loans for the next decade.
